Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Crossup.
We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate Your account immediately, without prior notice, if You violate these Terms.
Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crossup and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or relating to Your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of:
- USD $100, or
- The total amount You paid to Us through the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
“AS IS” Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Translation
If these Terms have been translated into another language, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
If material changes are made, We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice before the updated Terms become effective.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms.
